This is a cash-pay practice and no insurance is billed. Hormone Essentials is $89 per month for clinical management; Hormone Complete is $199 per month with medication included. The initial consultation is included at enrollment, and labs, when ordered, are billed separately by the laboratory. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
