Mental Health Care

A membership covers ongoing care for the program you enrolled in: follow-up visits as clinically appropriate, prescription management, and dose adjustments for that program.

New or unrelated medical concerns are not part of the membership and require a separate visit. Medication, pharmacy costs, laboratory testing, and imaging are billed separately unless a program specifically states otherwise.

Messaging is for brief questions about your active treatment plan. Responses are sent within 2 business days; weekends and holidays do not count.

Messaging is not for new symptoms, unrelated concerns, or anything urgent. Those require a scheduled visit. For emergencies, call 911.

Testosterone (TRT) is prescribed only in IN, NV, and NM. ADHD stimulants are prescribed only in IN, NV, and NM.

Whether benzodiazepines, controlled sleep medications, or other controlled substances could ever be part of your care is entirely my clinical decision. These medications would only ever be discussed with patients in IN, NV, and NM, and only when clinically appropriate. Refill Visits are for non-controlled medications only. Any controlled-substance prescription requires clinical appropriateness and monitoring.

Prior authorizations, insurance appeals, peer-to-peer reviews, forms, letters, disability or FMLA paperwork, and records requests are not included and may carry a separate fee.
