Your symptoms may not fit
neatly into one category.

Hormones, metabolism, sleep, medications, life stage, and underlying conditions can overlap. The first step is figuring out which pieces actually matter for you.

  • Periods changing?
  • Hot flashes or night sweats?
  • Weight suddenly harder to manage?
  • Waking at 2–3 a.m.?
  • Low libido or vaginal dryness?
  • Brain fog or fatigue?
  • Feeling anxious or unlike yourself?
  • Symptoms no one has connected?

Specialized care for the changes women experience in midlife.

Perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than periods. Sleep, weight, mood, libido, vaginal health, energy, cognition, and metabolic health can change together. Lighthouse offers personalized evaluation and treatment that looks at the whole picture.

Why Lighthouse is different

One clinician. Ongoing care. No getting passed from provider to provider.

You aren't routed to whoever is available. Your care is provided directly by Mallory Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CWHS, who reviews your history, manages your treatment, and follows your progress over time.

Same clinician

You aren't starting over at every visit. Your history, labs, and treatment response stay with one person.

Evidence-based options

FDA-approved treatments are prioritized when appropriate, with compounded options available selectively when medically indicated.

Transparent cash-pay care

No surprise medical bills. Many prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy you choose.

How medication works here

Flexible pharmacy options.

When appropriate, many prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy you already use. Certain bundled programs and compounded medications are fulfilled through partner pharmacies.

You may use

  • Costco or another retail pharmacy
  • Manufacturer cash-pay programs
  • Pharmacy discount pricing

What treatment is for

The goal is more than a number.
It's helping you function and feel better in your day-to-day life.

People rarely come to me because of a lab value alone. They come because their sleep changed, their energy dropped, their weight shifted, their libido changed, or they simply stopped feeling like themselves. Those concerns deserve to be evaluated in context.

Every Visit With Me

Meet your practitioner

Mallory Jones,
MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CWHS

I've been a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015, with a clinical focus on perimenopause and menopause care, hormone therapy, midlife weight and metabolic health, and whole-person care for complex multisystem concerns including hypermobility, POTS, mast-cell symptoms, and lipedema.

I built Lighthouse because rushed care doesn't work well for complicated symptoms. Because every visit is with me, I get to know my patients and tailor plans that fit their lives.

Patient questions

The things people ask first.

Read all FAQs →
Do I need labs before starting hormone therapy?
Not always. If you have recent laboratory testing, I'll review those results first. If more testing is clinically indicated, I'll order it and explain why. Laboratory costs are separate unless specifically stated.
Can bioidentical hormones come from a regular pharmacy?
Yes. FDA-approved estradiol and micronized progesterone are bioidentical hormone options, and compounding is not required for most menopause treatment. ACOG recommends FDA-approved therapy over routine compounded hormone therapy when suitable FDA-approved options exist.
Do you take insurance?
Lighthouse is a cash-pay medical practice. I don't bill insurance for visits, but prescriptions can often be sent to a pharmacy where you use insurance benefits or discount pricing.
Will I always see the same clinician?
Yes. Every visit is with Mallory Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CWHS. You aren't routed to whoever happens to be available.
