✦Do you accept insurance?
No — I am a cash-pay practice. No prior authorizations, no referrals, no surprise bills. Most patients pay less out of pocket than with insurance co-pays and get significantly more time with me.
✦Which states do you see patients in?
I am licensed in 42 states. I do not currently see patients in GA, MI, HI, CA, AL, MS, OH, SC, or D.C. Contact me to confirm your state before booking.
✦How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients are scheduled within 24–48 hours. No waitlist. Book online and choose a time that works for you — no referrals needed.
✦Will I always see the same provider?
Yes — always. Every visit is with me, Mallory Jones, FNP-BC. You will never be handed off to a different provider or support team. I know your case because I am your only provider.
✦What is included in the membership?
HRT & TRT — Medication, supplies, shipping, follow-up labs, and all visits included. Only initial labs are separate.
Weight Loss — Medication, supplies, shipping, and all visits included.
Functional Medicine — Unlimited visits per month. Medication and labs are separate at cash-pay rates.
✦How do initial labs work?
I order your initial labs through Quest or LabCorp at cash-pay rates — typically much less than insurance pricing. You go to a nearby location, results come to me, and we review them together. Follow-up labs are included in your membership.
✦How do prescriptions work?
Prescriptions are mailed directly to your home. I handle all prescribing personally — you will never deal with a coordinator or support staff for your medications.
