Practitioner
I'm Mallory Jones, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, CWHS, a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I've worked in healthcare for more than 15 years and have practiced as a nurse practitioner since 2015 across primary care, urgent care, and specialty medicine.
My clinical focus includes menopause and perimenopause hormone therapy, testosterone replacement therapy for men, medical weight management, and complex multisystem care.
Over the years, I noticed the same pattern over and over. Patients would come in exhausted, gaining weight, struggling with brain fog, poor sleep, low libido, or feeling like they just weren't themselves anymore. Many had been told their labs were normal, that it was stress, or that it was simply part of getting older.
Sometimes it is. But sometimes there is more to the story.
In addition to my FNP-C, I'm a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional (CFNIP) and a Certified Women's Health Specialist (CWHS). That training informs how I approach care: looking at symptoms, medical history, medications, nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and relevant laboratory data together rather than relying on a single number in isolation.
I started Lighthouse EverLucent Health because I wanted the time to actually do that work: listening, asking questions, looking deeper when it's warranted, and building a plan around the person in front of me.
When you become a patient here, every visit is with me. No handoffs. No call centers. No wondering who reviewed your labs.
If something doesn't make sense, we'll talk about it. If you're not feeling well, we'll work to figure out why. My goal isn't to chase perfect lab numbers—it's to help you feel better, understand your health, and leave with a clear plan.

01
Most of what I need to know comes out when patients have room to talk. Visits are built around that — not a checkbox intake.
02
If something feels off, I want to understand what may be contributing to it. That means looking at symptoms, history, medications, lifestyle, and relevant testing together instead of treating one number in isolation.
03
Care doesn't stop at the first refill. You message me directly, and I adjust as your body responds.
