One concern vs. multiple concerns

  • Symptoms from the same illness count as one concern. A cough, congestion, and sore throat from one cold is a Focused Visit.
  • Unrelated problems, such as a rash plus a refill, may need an Extended Visit or a separate appointment.
  • If a visit turns out to need more time than booked, I'll explain your options before continuing.

Everyday Rx

  • For stable, non-controlled prescriptions you take long term.
  • Starts with a $79 visit to review your medications and history.
  • $59/month covers ongoing refills and prescription management for the medications on your plan.
  • New or unrelated concerns are booked as a separate visit.
  • Medication and lab costs are separate.

One-time visits

Choosing the right visit

  • Prescription Refill Visit$79For an existing, stable, non-controlled medication only.
  • Focused Telehealth Visit$99For one medical problem or closely related symptoms.
  • Extended Telehealth Visit$149For multiple unrelated concerns, or one problem that needs more time.

Multiple symptoms from the same illness count as one concern. For example, a sore throat, congestion, and cough from one cold is a Focused Visit. Unrelated problems, such as a rash and a medication refill, may require an Extended Visit or a separate appointment.

Membership boundaries

What your membership covers

A membership covers ongoing care for the program you enrolled in: follow-up visits as clinically appropriate, prescription management, and dose adjustments for that program.

New or unrelated medical concerns are not part of the membership and require a separate visit. Medication, pharmacy costs, laboratory testing, and imaging are billed separately unless a program specifically states otherwise.

Messaging

How messaging works

Messaging is for brief questions about your active treatment plan. Responses are sent within 2 business days; weekends and holidays do not count.

Messaging is not for new symptoms, unrelated concerns, or anything urgent. Those require a scheduled visit. For emergencies, call 911.

Administrative services

Not included in visits or memberships

Prior authorizations, insurance appeals, peer-to-peer reviews, forms, letters, disability or FMLA paperwork, and records requests are not included and may carry a separate fee.

Common questions

Can I get a controlled medication refilled?
No. Refill Visits and Everyday Rx are for non-controlled medications only.
Is this urgent care?
No. Telehealth is not appropriate for emergencies or symptoms that need a hands-on exam. For emergencies, call 911.
Do you take insurance?
Visits are cash-pay. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Prescriptions can often be filled using your insurance pharmacy benefits.
