Hormone Complete is $199 per month and includes medication. Hormone Essentials is $89 per month and covers clinical management only, with medication filled at the pharmacy of your choice.
The initial consultation is included at enrollment. Initial diagnostic labs are billed separately by the laboratory.

- Messaging between visits, with a 48 business-hour response standard
- Prescription management and adjustments

Why cash-pay
Not billing insurance means visits are as long as they need to be, and the plan is not shaped by coverage rules. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
