Hormone care plans
Menopause & HRT is a $199 initial evaluation, then $99/month (local pharmacy) or $239/month with medications shipped. With the $99 option, prescriptions are sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Medication, pharmacy costs, laboratory testing, and imaging are billed separately by the pharmacy, lab, or imaging center.
What the monthly fee covers
- Visits with the same clinician every time
- Messaging between visits, with a 48 business-hour response standard
- Prescription management and adjustments
- Review of results and ongoing monitoring
Why cash-pay
Not billing insurance means visits are as long as they need to be, and the plan is not shaped by coverage rules. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

- Are labs included?
- No. Labs, when ordered, are billed separately by the laboratory.
- Is medication included?
- No. Prescriptions are sent to your preferred pharmacy, and medication and pharmacy costs are paid separately.
- Do you take insurance?
