Lighthouse EverLucent Health is cash-pay telehealth, run by me. Pricing is straightforward and varies by program. Some programs include your initial evaluation in the membership price, while Complex Care begins with a separate extended evaluation. No hidden fees, and you'll know your cost before treatment begins.

Medical weight loss
Plans start at $169 per month. Your medication, injection supplies, standard shipping, visits, messaging, and dose adjustments are included in the monthly price. Your exact monthly fee depends on the medication and dose prescribed, which we decide together during your visit.

Save $10/month with 3-month prepay, or $15/month with 6-month prepay, applied to your active tier. Medication costs are set by the pharmacy and may change based on supply, availability, or formulation changes. If your treatment moves into a different tier, your program price may change.
Hormone therapy
Two ways to run the program. Hormone Complete bundles medication and routine monitoring; Hormone Essentials is clinical management only.

Testosterone replacement

Complex & whole-person care

75–90 minute visit, records review, symptom mapping, and a written plan.

The monthly option has no long-term commitment. Prepaid terms provide a lower effective monthly rate.
Billed separately: medications, laboratory testing and imaging, specialist services, and extensive administrative work if applicable.
Add-ons
These are optional upgrades for patients who want me to manage an additional condition, or who want access to acute telehealth visits for common issues. They do not replace a program fee — they add coordination or access on top of the clinical care you are already enrolled in.
Second program discount
$20 off / mo
Adding a second program — for example medical weight loss plus HRT or TRT — takes $20 per month off the second program when it includes medication, or $10 per month off when it is an Essentials program and you source medication through your own pharmacy or insurance. Each program keeps its own visits, labs, and medication terms.
Priority access
+$99
Per month. Same-week scheduling, messages answered within 24 business hours instead of 48, and up to 4 acute telehealth visits per year for common issues like sinus infections, UTI symptoms, rash, or minor infections at no visit charge. For established patients only; not for emergencies or new chronic conditions.
Referral credit
$25 credit
Refer someone to the practice and you receive a $25 credit toward your next month once they complete their first visit. The credit goes to you as the referring patient, and there is no limit on how many people you refer.
Add-on fees cover access and coordination only. Medications, laboratory testing, imaging, and outside specialist services are billed separately unless they are explicitly included in your base program. Priority access acute visits are for established patients and common complaints appropriate for telehealth; they are not for emergencies or new chronic-disease management.
