Directly through OptiMantra’s web or mobile application
The patient portal is the primary method for submitting clinical information, completing intake forms, and communicating with the provider.
Communications & Secure Messaging
Spruce Health is used for HIPAA-compliant secure messaging, calls, and follow-up communication
Paubox is used for HIPAA-compliant encrypted email when PHI is included
Patients are encouraged not to submit medical information through the general website contact form
Website Contact Form
The website includes a general contact form intended for administrative or scheduling inquiries only.
Patients should not submit sensitive medical or health information through this form. Clinical information should be submitted only through the secure patient portal.
